Juventus lost their first match in ten competitive matches.
After narrowly escaping defeat in the last round, Juventus suffered their first defeat in ten competitive matches.
The defeat to Sassuolo was Juventus’s third defeat of the season and the second one at home.
Maxime Lopez scored in the final minute of the final additional minute to restore Sassuolo’s lead after Weston Mckennie had leveled the score in the 76th minute.

CAGLIARI 1-2 ROMA
Lorenzo Pellegrini assisted the first and scored the winning goal for Roma came from behind to take the three points at Cagliari

LAZIO 1-0 FIORENTINA
Pedro Rodriguez scored the goal to Lazio the victory to move two points above Fiorentina.

NAPOLI 3-0 BOLOGNA
Lorenzo Insigne scored from the penalty spot on two occasions to add to Fabian’s wonder strike match opening goal.

 

SPANISH LA LIGA {Round 11}

THE TRADITIONAL TOP THREE COULD NOT FIND A VICTORY IN THIS ROUND; IT CAME AT A COST TO RONALD KOEMAN’S MANAGERIAL ROLE AT BARCELONA.

Atletico Madrid dropped from 4th to 6th and was replaced in the ‘top 4’ by Real Betis.
Rayo Vallecano moved up two spots to 5th.
Osasuna moved up a position to 6th.

All the teams at the bottom of the table at the start of the round added to their point tally.
The bottom two Levante and Getafe remained without a win but picked up a point from their games.
Alaves found a win to move out of the relegation zone.
Cadiz dropped into the relegation zone despite picking up a point.
Granada also dropped in position down to 17th despite adding a point.

GRANADA 1-1 GETAFE
Getafe was on the brink of securing their first win of the season until Jorge Molina scored in the seventh minute of the final additional minutes to get Granda a point.

LEVANTE 2- 2 ATLETICO MADRID
Enis Bardhi converted two penalty kicks into [equalizing] goals for Levante to deny Atletico Madrid a win.
