The English PManchester City is the only team with a perfect winning record after three rounds of the English Premier League.

 

Brighton suffered a defeat at home to West Ham, while Arsenal dropped points at home to Fulham.
This means that after three rounds of the new season, Manchester City is the only team with a 100% winning record. – And it came from a narrow 2-1 win over Sheffield United.
The newly-promoted clubs have not registered a point on the table, with Burnley and Luton Town having a game in hand.

Raheem Sterling shined with two goals as Chelsea secured their first victory of the season in a 3-0 win at home against newly promoted Luton Town.
Tottenham followed their success against Manchester United with another win. This time against Bournemouth.

A 10-man Fulham took a point from Arsenal. Fulham took the lead in the first minute, but found themselves a goal down and a man down in the 83rd minute when Arsenal found two goals in quick succession to take the lead (70th and 72nd). Joao Pahlhinha scored an 87th minute equalizer for Fulham to earn a 2-2 draw.

A 76th-minute goal by Joachim Andersen rescued Crystal Palace from defeat in a match against Brentford. The teams shared the points in a ‘1-1’ draw.

Wolverhampton Wanderers secured their first win of the season with an 87th-minute goal from Sasa Kalajdzic, while Everton suffered their third consecutive defeat.

Nottingham Forest were 2-0 up in the opening 4 minutes at Old Trafford, but that did not stop them from suffering a defeat against Manchester United. It ended in a ‘3-2’ win for Manchester United to get the result they needed after their defeat to Tottenham in the last round.

Brighton probably deserved more from the game than a defeat, but it was West Ham’s day to double their league wins for the season. West Ham stayed unbeaten by handing Brighton their first league defeat with a ‘3-1’ score.

Newly-promoted Burnley conceded 3 goals again. Matty Cash scored two in the opening 20 minutes of the match to get Aston Villa on to a 3-1 win in Burnley.

Sheffield United almost came out with a point when Jayden Bogle scored an 85th minute equalizing goal to get them even against Manchester City. Rodri scored the game winning goal three minutes later for Manchester City to start their title defense season with a win.

Liverpool win back-to-back matches, while Newcastle United does the opposite by losing back-to-back matches. Darwin Nunez came on in the 77th minute and scored a brace to help Liverpool come back from a goal down to win 2-1 at Newcastle.
Liverpool was a goal down and a man down by the 28th minute, when Anthony Gordon scored the match’s opening goal in the 25th minute to give Newcastle United the lead, and Virgil van Djik picked up a red card in the 28th minute to leave Liverpool with a numerical disadvantage for the remainder of the match.
