Monaco followed a 3-0 loss at Lens with a 4-0 loss at home to Montpellier. Montpeller won their third game in a row thanks to a brace from Arnaud Nordin, who also scored for Monaco.

A clinical and fearless Lorient side defeated a 10-man PSG side in Paris. Achraf Hakimi received two yellow cards in the first 20 minutes, leaving Paris St. Germain down a goal and a man. It’s difficult to say how much the numerical disadvantage influenced the outcome, but given the two teams’ league standings, this shouldn’t have happened.
