Paris Saint-Germain handed a first defeat of the season to Saint-Etienne in a 3-0 victory. It is 14 goals in four matches for PSG.

Monaco is making sure that Paris Saint-Germain does not run away with goal difference. Radamel Falcao added more goals to remain on top of the goalscorer list. His goals played a role in AS Monaco’s ‘6-1’ thrashing of Marseille. A first defeat of the season for Marseille.

These two results leave Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco as the only two teams left with a perfect winning record after four rounds of the 2017/18 French Ligue 1 season.

Radamel Falcao (Monaco) celebrates goal against Marseille

Nice is having a season opposite of what they enjoyed last year. Newly-promoted Amiens scored three goals against Nice to get their first Ligue 1 victory. 

Rennes and Metz are the only two sides with a victory, but Metz stands alone as the only team that is yet to pick up a point from a match.
