Anderlecht started their Round of 16 match on the right foot; a win and an away goal.

 

Rostov             1-1             Manchester United

Manchester United got an away goal to take back to Old Trafford. Rostov came from a goal behind to to avoid a home defeat against Manchester United.  

 

Copenhagen         2-1       Ajax

Andreas Cornelius goal in the second half gave Copenhagen a home victory. However Ajax got an important away goal to give them a good chance of overturning this fixture.

Krasnodar will have an away goal to depend on to help them get into the quarterfinals after Celta Vigo got a late goal to seal the victory in the first leg.

The two German sides couldn’t separate themselves on the scoreboard. The away goal give Monchengladbach an advantage in the second leg.

It was a disaster a first-half disaster for Gent, as they headed into the dressing room at the wrong end of a ‘4-1’ score line.

Genk got 5 away goals against Gent when the Belgian sides met for the first leg of their Europa League Round of 16 match.
