Freiburg and Union Berlin have one more round to decide which side will play in the Europa League or in the Conference League in the next season.


It will take a miracle for Arminia Bielefeld not to get relegated.

Union Berlin went to Freiburg and got the result to keep Champions League football alive while putting Freiburg at risk of missing Champions League football. The game was decided when Union Berlin took a 3-0 lead to the break.

Dortmund ended a streak of two defeats in the league with a 3-1 win against relegated Greuther Furth. Had Julian Brandt not scored a second goal to restore the lead, Greurther Furth might have picked up their second point in the league since confirming their relegation two rounds ago.

Two goals from Patrik Schick [including the match winner] allowed Leverkusen to secure Champions League football with a 4-2 win at Hoffenheim.

Christopher Nkunku’s two goals were part of RB Leipzig 4-0 Augsburg.
