The Spanish LA LIGA after Round 9.

Real Madrid gained a 2-point lead at the top of the table after El Clasico win.
Atletico Madrid used a win against Athletic Club to move 3 points away from second place.
Athletic Club dropped out of the top four as a result.
Real Betis moved a position up into the ‘top four’ after beating Almeria.

A 2-2 draw with Valencia keeps Elche bottom of the table without a win.
Villarreal moved a position above Osasuna with a 2-0 win in the last match of the round.
Sevilla moved out of the relegation zone after a 1-0 win at Mallorca.

The German BUNDESLIGA after Round 10.

Bayern Munich moved up a position to second place after thrashing Freiburg 5-0.
Freiburg dropped a position down to 3rd.
Hoffenheim’s win against Schalke in the opening match of the round saw them finish in the ‘top four’.
Dortmund dropped 4 positions down (to 8th) after a 2-0 defeat against Union Berlin.

Union Berlin’s lead at the top of the German Bundesliga grew to 4 points.
Stuttgart moved out of the relegation zone with their first league win of the season. They beat bottom-tabled Bochum by 4 goals to 1.
Hertha Berlin, Leverkusen, and Schalke dropped down a position closer to Bochum at the bottom of the league table.

Arsenal moved 4 points clear in the title race after their win against Leeds United was matched with a Manchester City defeat against Liverpool.
Tottenham’s win against Everton sees them on equal points with Manchester City.
Manchester United fell three points away from the ‘top four’,

Liverpool moved up two positions to 8th.
Brentford entered the top half of the table with a 2-0 win against Brighton.

Nottingham Forest drops a position to the bottom of the league table after a 1-0 defeat against Wolves.
Wolves moved out of the relegation zone.

The Italian SERIE A after Round 10.

Napoli and Atalanta picked up wins to remain unbeaten and in the lead of the title race.
Lazio and Udinese fell two positions down and two spots out of the ‘top four’ after playing out a goalless draw against each other.
AC Milan and Roma won their game by a goal to replace Lazio and Udinese in the ‘top four’.
Sampdoria suffered a defeat and Cremonese was involved in a draw. Both teams remain without a win and are at the bottom of the standings as expected.

The French LIGUE 1 after Round 11.

Le Classique’s win keeps Paris St. Germain unbeaten at the top of the French Ligue 1 while dropping Marseille down a position to 4th.
Marseille lost consecutive league games after being unbeaten in the league since the start of the season.

Lyon goes 6 straight games without a win after a 3-2 defeat to Rennes. (5L, 1D)
Monaco dropped points for the first time in their last 6 matches after a 1-1 draw with Clermont Foot.
Lens bounced back from their first defeat of the season with a 1-0 win against Montpellier.

Lille followed a 1-0 win against Lens with a 3-0 away win against Strasbourg to make it their first back-to-back win of the season.
Nantes moved out of the relegation zone by beating bottom-tabled Brest.
