Jamie Vardy scored the first Premier League goal of 2019 with his 58th-minute match-winning goal for Leicester City to bounce back from defeat to Cardiff in the last round by sending Everton on a losing streak.

Arsenal made amends for the thrashing at Anfield with a comfortable 4-1 home victory against relegation-zoned Fulham. Pierre Aubameyang scored the last goal of the match to take his goal tally in the league to 14.

Tottenham made amends for their shocking defeat to Wolves by getting the job done in the first half-hour at Cardiff.
Harry Kane joined Aubameyang at the top of the scoring list when he opened the scoring for Tottenham with a goal in the 3rd minute.
