Top Fixtures.

Chelsea – Arsenal (Premier League)

February 4, 2017

London Derby – Their last meeting was a tactical turning point for Chelsea. It was a big home victory for Arsenal (3-0). Will Chelsea be looking forward to making home advantage count in this fixture, or is Arsenal planning on resetting Chelsea back to their form before the first meeting?

Because of the gap in points Chelsea has been able to create at the top of the table, this will be a top of the table clash that will be Chelsea vs ‘every other team in the league’.

Arsenal fell to Watford at home in their last fixture. Chelsea managed to get a point away at Liverpool. There are still points to be picked up.

Borussia Dortmund – RB Leipzig (German Bundesliga)

February 4, 2017

Recently promoted RB Leipzig will be going away to face Borussia Dortmund, one of the preseason favorites in the Bundesliga title race.

In their first league meeting of the season, Leipzig took all three points at home through a late goal from Naby Keita.

While Dortmund plans to decrease the 11 point gap between the two teams, RB Leipzig will be planning on expanding the gap and keeping tabs on Bayern Munich in the 2016-17 Bundesliga title race.

Monaco – OGC Nice (French Ligue 1)

February 4, 2017

Monaco rescued a point against Paris Saint-Germain in their last Ligue 1 fixture to stay on top of the league standings. Any point from this match will make bolster their hopes of a title winning season.

A goal difference of 20 is what separates these two teams on the league table.

Third place and defending champions, Paris Saint-Germain will be hoping for a draw in this match.

Juventus – Inter Milan (Italian Serie A)

February 5, 2017

After a few stumbles at the start of their season, Inter Milan has been on a great run in recent matches. Inter will be coming into this match with 8 consecutive victories in the Serie A, including a winning record against Juventus in the 2016-17 Serie A season.

Juventus is sitting on four points clear at the top of the league table with a game in hand to possibly extend the lead to seven points.

With all their defeats this season coming from away matches, we can expect Juventus to make this a tough one from Inter Milan.

Sevilla – Villarreal (La Liga)

February 5, 2017

First meeting this season ended in a goalless draw. Sevilla needs a victory to march forward and increase their odds of being a title contender this season.

Victory for Villarreal could potentially see them in them amongst the top four teams in the La Liga standings by the end of the round.
