It is looking like the title will remain in Milan after Juventus and Napoli dropped points to fall further out of the title race.
AC Milan remains top of the table but Inter Milan has the advantage with the game they have in hand.

In the battle against relegation, Cagliari picked up three points from 1-0 win against Sassuolo, with Fiorentina doing the same against Venezia. Bottom table Salerninatna got a victory (away) against Sampdoria, and Genoa is beaten at the San Siro by AC Milan.

AC MILAN 2- 0 GENOA
Both Milan clubs got the needed win on Friday.
Inter Milan opened the round with a 3-1 win against Spezia. AC Milan matched the margin of victory with a 2-0 win at home against Genoa.

UDINESE 4-1 EMPOLI
Udinese moved five points from Empoli.

FIORENTINA 1-0 VENEZIA
Fiorentina is six games unbeaten and four wins in a row after handing Venezia a 7th straight defeat.

SAMPDORIA 1-2 SALERNITANA
Bottom-table Salernitana used two early goals to pick up three points from Sampdoria.

CAGLIARI 1-0 SASSUOLO
Cagliari ended a streak of fire defeats through a 1-0 win against Sassuolo

JUVENTUS 1- 1 BOLOGNA
Dropped points in Turin as Dusan Vlahovic’s goal saved the day for Juventus to avoid defeat at home to Bologna.
Vlahovic’s goal came against a 9- man Bologna side in the 5th minute of the final added time saved Juventus. Bologna had two players Adama Soumaoro and Gary Medel sent off in the 84th minute.

LAZIO 1-1 TORINO
Ciro Immobile got to the end of a whipping cross from Sergej Milinkovic – Savic to get Lazio the equalizing goal to avoid a humiliating defeat at home to Torino.
It was Immobile’s 25th goal of the Serie A season.


NAPOLI 1-1 ROMA.
The objective was not achieved but it could’ve been worse.
It was a must-win for Napoli to keep up with the Milan teams in the title race and it was a must-win for Roma to stay within some reach of the Champions League qualification.

ATALANTA 1-2 HELLAS VERONA
A 2-1 defeat at home to Hellas Verona meant Atalanta has no wins from their last 5 matches (3 in the league and the other 2 in the Europa League).
