No team in the league has a perfect winning record but when it comes to a perfect losing record, Monza and Cremonese have started their season with 4 straight defeats.

AC Milan has started their title defense season with two home wins and two away draws after they dropped two points in a goalless draw with Sassuolo.

Inter Milan recovered from a ‘3-1’ defeat to Lazio in the last round with a ‘3-1’ win against newly-promoted Cremonese.

An unbeaten Roma improved on the point they picked up in Turin against Juventus with a ‘3-0’ home victory against newly-promoted Monza.

The best Lazio could do after beating Inter Milan 3-1 in the last round was a 1-1 draw against a Sampdoria side that was coming to the match from a 4-0 defeat to Salernitana in the last round.

Dusan Vlahovic scored from a freekick in consecutive matches to give Juventus the lead that helped them to a 2-0 win against Spezia. Juventus ended consecutive matches of dropping two points with the result.

Newly-promoted Lecce is still without a win but they took a point from Naples through a 1-1 draw against a Napoli side that was searching for the result to stay at the top of the table. Lorenzo Colombo’s equalizing goal for Lecce in the 31st minute could’ve been a game-winning goal if he had converted a 25th minuted penalty into a goal before Eljif Elmas scored in the game-opening goal in the 27th minute to get Napoli in front.

Converting from the penalty spot on two occasions helped Teun Kooopmeiners to score a hattrick that got Atalanta a 3-1 home win against Torino.

Salernitana followed a 4-0 win against Sampdoria with a 1-1 draw against a Bologna side that is still without a win.
