Napoli and Lazio hold on to their positions with a win in their respective games.
Napoli picked up a win at Lecce to bounce back from defeat in the last round to Milan, while Lazio handed Juventus a defeat.
AC Milan and Inter Milan dropped a position after dropping two points; AC Milan dropped points in a goalless draw with Empoli, while Inter Milan allowed Salernitana to get into the game and get a late equalizing goal.
With the Milan team dropping points, Roma moved up two positions to 3rd with a narrow win in Turin.
Bologna closes in on Juventus and Atalanta after beating Atalanta.

The only positional changes that happened at the bottom half of the league table were at the bottom of the standings. Cremonense beat Sampdoria for a switch in position. Both teams remain in the relegation zone with a Hellas Verona side that managed to pick up three points against Sassuolo.

Missed opportunities came back to bite Inter Milan at the end when Antonio Candreva’s wonder strike found its way into the back of the net in the 90th minute to cancel the lead Robin Gosenss had given Inter Milan in the 6th minute.
Inter Milan are not 4 league games without a win (3 defeats), in a run of 6 games without a win in all competitions.

Lecce loses 6 league matches in a row.
Napoli bounced back from a shock ‘4-0’ defeat to Milan in the last round with a 2-1 away victory over relegation-threatened Lecce.

Udinese avoided consecutive league defeats. A late penalty awarded to Udinese gave way for Beto to score an equalizing goal in the second minute of added time and get his side a point at home from a 2-2 draw with Monza.
Monza goes 4 league games without a win (3 draws).

Cremonense wins the bottom-table clash.
Cremonense wins their second Serie A match of the season to move from the bottom of the table while pushing Sampdoria down. This result does little to the chances of both clubs surviving relegation.

Hellas Verona avoided a home defeat against Sassuolo after firing two late goals to win their first match in seven rounds while handing Sassuolo their first league defeat in six matches (4 wins).
Sassuolo was a goal up for 50 minutes until Federico Ceccherini scored the equalizing goal for Hellas Verona in the 84th minute. Adolfo Gaich, who had entered the match in the 81st minute scored the winning goal in the 5th minute of added time.

Roma followed their win over Sampdoria with a 1-0 win over Torino

Mattia Zaccagni scored the only goal of the second half to get Lazio a 2-1 win over Juventus. That is the 3rd straight league victory for Lazio and the first defeat for Juventus in 7 matches.
