Nicolas Gonzalez scored the game-winning goal from a penalty in the opening minutes of the second half, helping Fiorentina secure a ‘2-1’ win over Bologna to end a run of three league defeats. It was Bologna’s first defeat in 12 games (11 league games).
A goal in the second minute of added time saved Atalanta from a defeat to Udinese.
The Rome Derby ended goalless, fair on the balance of play. Roma remains a point ahead of Lazio in the league.
Inter Milan got the game-winning goal towards the end of the first half through Federico Dimarco and started the second half with an early goal through Hakan Calhanoglu’s penalty. Inter Milan stayed at the top of the league with a ‘2-0’ home win over Frosinone.
