GERMAN BUNDESLIGA
Freiburg, FC Koln, and RB Leipzig were all in position to finish the round in the ‘top 4’. Freiburg took point at home against Mainz, while RB Liepzig made home advantage count by getting a win against FC Koln.

The gap at the top has been narrowed to 6 points after Bayern Munich’s shocking defeat against Bochum was matched with Dortmund’s win against Union Berlin.
Dortmund’s victory also kicked Union Berlin three positions down to 7th.
RB Leipzig enters the ‘top four’.
Hoffenheim moved three positions up to 5th.
Freiburg fell a position down to 6th after losing to Mainz.

A win against Hertha Berlin got bottom tabled Gruether Furth closer to the rest of the league.

Leipzig bounced back from defeat to Bayern Munich with a win against Koln.
RB Leipzig leap 2 points ahead of FC Koln

BOCHUM 4- 2 BAYERN MUNICH
Instead of getting the points to maintain an 11-point lead in the title race, Bayern Munich left Bochum empty-handed after donating 3 points and 4 goals.
Bochum came from a goal down to end the first half with a 4-1 lead on Bayern Munich.
And to think that Bayern Munich thrashed them 7–0 in the reverse fixture.

MONCHENGLADBACH 3- 2 AUGSBURG
Ramy Bensebaini’s goal ended up deciding the game to get Monchengladbach.
It was the first win for Monchengladbach since winning against Bayern Munich on Jan 7, 2022.

FRANKFURT 0-2 WOLFSBURG
Back-to-back victories for Wolfsburg after a 2-0 win in Frankfurt to close the gap between the two clubs down to four points.

GREUTHER FURTH 2-1 HERTHA BERLIN
Bottom-tabled Greuther Furth took the three points from a Hertha Berlin side that was counting on the points to help escape the relegation threat.

LEVERKUSEN 4-2 STUTTGART
Leverkusen made it 4 league wins in a row by beating Stuttgart.
Leverkusen followed up a 5- 2 win in Dortmund with a 4-2 win at home against Stuttgart.

UNION BERLIN 0-3 DORTMUND
Union Berlin needed the points to stay in the top four.
Two goals from Marco Reus built the foundation for Dortmund to get a result in Berlin that helped them make up for their defeat in the last round and to take full advantage of Bayern Munich’s defeat against Bochum.

HOFFENHEIM 2-0 ARMINIA BIELEFELD
Arminia Bielefeld suffered their first defeat in seven matches.
Hoffenheim ended a four-game losing streak [3 league matches] with this win against Arminia Bielefeld.
