Lyon has a game in hand, but the two games they’ve played have ended with three points in the bag. They found three goals in the second half to get the three points against Troyes after the first half ended 1-1.

Monaco suffered a 4-1 defeat at home to Lens after a draw at Rennes. They were 3-1 down before getting reduced to 10 men after Vanderson’s yellow card accumulation. Lens moved up to second place in the standings with that result.

A 10-man Marseille held on to a 2-1 lead against Nantes to remain unbeaten in the league. The results leave Nantes without a win from their opening three matches.

Reims come from a goal down to deny Strasbourg a win.
Strasbourg picked up their second point of the season while Reims got their first points.

Brest won their first game of the season by handing Angers their first defeat of the season in a 3-1 score.

Clermont Foot made it successive wins after opening their season with a home defeat to Paris St. Germain. A 1-0 win for Clermont Foot also handed a winless Nice their first defeat.

Newly promoted Auxerre won their first game of the season at Montpellier by coming from a goal down in the first half with two goals in the second half.

Newly promoted Toulouse remains unbeaten but missed out on doubling their victories by dropping points in a 2-2 draw with Lorient. Toulouse came from an early goal down to take a 2-1 lead before losing the lead from a conceded penalty.

Rennes win their first game of the season through newly promoted Ajaccio.
Thomas Mangan’s missed penalty at the end of the first half ended up being a hefty cost for Ajaccio as they ended up losing 2-1 at Rennes.

Paris St. Germain was up a goal in their first action.
Kylian Mbappe’s goal in the 8th minute was the first of his three goals that helped Paris St. Germain to stretch their winning start with a 7-1 win at Lille.
Neymar contributed two goals, Lionel Messi and Achraf Hakimi added a goal each
