FRENCH LIGUE 1

The top four teams remained in their positions after being the only teams to win their matches on Match Day 23 of the 2020/21 French Ligue 1 season.

Lille kept the top spot in the league after being clinical in Bordeaux to pick up the three points.
Lyon came out of Dijon with a narrow win (1-0).
Kylian Mbappe scored the only goal of the second half to take his league tally to 15 goals, as Paris St. Germain finished off Nimes with a 3-0 win.
Wissam Ben Yedder scored again to restore the lead he had given Monaco in the opening half for his side to seal a 2-1 win at home against Nice.

Marseille blew a 2-goal first half lead to leave Lens with a point. It was a deserved draw for Lens, and a result that extended Marseille’s winless since after their first game of the year.

Brest found two goals in the final 10 minutes of play to get a point at Strasbourg.

Lorient denied Rennes a win at home.
