Arsenal’s lead in the title race grew three points to 8 after picking a North London derby away win on a weekend that Manchester City suffered an away defeat in the Manchester derby.
The top 6 remain with the same occupants but the gap between 2 and 4th has been narrowed to a point.
Brighton moved up a position to 7th place after handing Liverpool a 3-0 defeat.
Liverpool fell two positions down to 9th.
Bottom-tabled Southampton picked up three points from Goodison Park against Everton. The result see the round end with the teams in the relegation zone on 15 points each after West Ham also lost to Wolves.

Manchester United moved a point away from Manchester City after coming from a goal down to pick up a 2-1 home win in the Manchester Derby. Marcus Rashford played a significant part in both Manchester United goals. He scored the winning goal, and his positioning played a role in the equalizing goal.
It was a goalless draw until Jack Grealish came off the bench and scored three minutes later in the 60th minute to give Manchester City a lead that looked to lead them to another Manchester Derby victory and maintain the gap on Arsenal in the league title race.
Manchester United have won their last nine competitive games. Five of those nine games were league matches.

It was a back-to-back league defeat in three winless matches for Liverpool. Solly March scored to put Brighton a goal up in the opening minute of the second half and doubled the lead about seven minutes later to help guide Brighton to an eventual 3-0 win against Liverpool.

Daniel Podence’s goal in the 48th minute decided the match for Wolves at West Ham’s expense.

Six defeats in a row for Bournemouth (4 league matches are in those defeats) after a 1-0 loss at Brentford.

Kai Harvetz scored the only goal of the game to win Chelsea three points at home against Crystal Palace.

Aleksandar Mitrovic’s goal from the penalty spot was canceled for accidentally double-kicking the ball. Mitrovic’s 70th-minute penalty miss came back to haunt Fulham when Alexander Isak headed in the only goal of the match in the 89th minute to get Newcastle three points from a 1-0 win.

North London is Red.
Arsenal tightened their grip on first place through a 2-0 away win against Tottenham.
Arsenal took full advantage of the Manchester City defeat in the Manchester Derby.
