Leverkusen moved four points clear at the top, with Bayern Munich having a game in hand to reduce the lead to one point if they win. Bayern Munich’s victory against Stuttgart dropped Stuttgart down a position to 4th, allowing RB Leipzig to climb up to 3rd. Dortmund fell a point further behind the top four; they are now five points out.

Rocco Reitz tied the game for Monchengladbach late in the first half and scored again early in the second half to give them the lead. However, Marvin Ducksch tied the game for Werder Bremen in the 76th minute, resulting in a 2-2 draw.
Dortmund increased their offensive pressure toward the end of the match in Augsburg, but they were not decisive enough to score the game-winning goal. The 1-1 draw with Augsburg extended Dortmund’s winless streak to five games, including three draws and a loss in their last three Bundesliga matches.
After winning their first league game in 11 matches with a 3-1 victory over Monchengladbach last round, Union Berlin suffered a setback, losing 3-0 to Bochum.
Maja Lovero scored the only goal of the game in the 63rd minute, as Wolfsburg, despite being reduced to 10 men, left Darmstadt with all three points after a 1-0 victory.
Heidenheim secured back-to-back league wins as they followed a ‘3-2’ win over Darmstadt with a ‘1-0’ away win against Mainz.
Emil Forsberg entered the game in the 66th minute and scored the game-winning goal four minutes later to help RB Leipzig pick up three points with a ‘3-1’ win over Hoffenheim.
Julian Chabot picked up his second yellow card in the 62nd minute, about half an hour after receiving his first. This resulted in FC Koln going down a man. Freiburg scored the goals after Chabot was sent off. Michael Gregoritsch scored the winning goal in the 72nd minute, and Roland Sallai scored in the fifth minute of the final added minutes to double the lead.
Leverkusen remained undefeated in the league with a 3-0 home victory over a Frankfurt team that had just defeated Bayern Munich 5-1. Leverkusen put on a convincing performance and earned a well-deserved victory. A first league win for Leverkusen in three games.
Harry Kane scored a brace as Bayern Munich grabbed three points at home through a ‘3-0’ win against Stuttgart.
