Al Ahly and Auckland City will play for a chance to go against Seattle Sounders in the next round.
Wydad Casablanca and Al Hilal will play for a chance to play against Flamengo.

The survivor of the ‘Al Ahly vs Auckland City’ vs Seattle Sounders fixtures will face Real Madrid in the semi-final.
Wydad Casablanca or Al-Hilal will play Flamengo in the other semifinal match.

The survivors will play the final on February 11th for the 2022 FIFA Club World Cup.
