#SOTW – Returning the title dreams.

They made their own luck. These are the players that were instrumental in their team’s performance over the past weekend.

As it is with every other week, picking the outright brightest star is never easy, and sometimes blinding. There were many bright spots over the weekend, but these are the men that were able to make our list.

Juan Cuadrado (Inter Milan vs Juventus) – Italian Serie A
Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace vs Leicester City) – English Premier League
Dusan Tadic (Southampton vs Bournemouth) – English Premier League
Carlos Bacca (Villarreal vs Celta Vigo) – Spanish La Liga
Lionel Messi (Deportivo La Coruna vs Barcelona) – Spanish La Liga

But the SOTW will have to go to
Gonzalo Higuain (Inter Milan vs Juventus) – Italian Serie A
