Cadiz’s first goal of the season handed them their first win of the season.
Alvaro Negredo scored the only goal of the game in the second minute of the final added time to get Cadiz their first win of the season.

Barcelona did the expected by grabbing another set of three points. A Robert Lewandowski brace and a Memphis Depay goal handed Barcelona a 3-0 win against a 10-man Elche.

Valencia moved two points ahead of Celta Vigo

Just as they did in their previous match (4-1 win at Elche), Athletic Club scored all their goals in the first half. This time, it was a 3-2 win at home against Rayo Vallecano.

Real Madrid maintained a perfect winning record with a Madrid derby victory.
First-half goals from Rodrygo and Federico Valverde gave Real Madrid the 2- goal lead to take three points from Wanda Metropolitano with a 2-1 win against Atletico Madrid.

A numerically disadvantaged Girona arguably deserved more from the match but Borja Iglesia’s goals got Real Betis from a goal down to a 2-1 win against Girona.

Getafe followed up their first win of the season with another win. A 2-1 win at home to Real Sociedad and not a 2-0 win away against Osasuna.
