PSG and PSV take an early lead in the {very early} edition of the GOLD LIST ranking points

The MGSVfutbol Gold List is the ranking of the football clubs that are currently in Europe’s top seven domestic leagues by their performance in their domestic leagues.
The ranking takes equally into account ‘match results’ and the ‘performance’ it took to get them.

The ranking is of the teams from the
English Premier League
Spanish La Liga
Italian Serie A
German Bundesliga
Portuguese Primeira Liga
French Ligue 1
Dutch Eredivisie

 

Paris St. Germain has picked up an early lead in the Gold List ranking.

Lazio, Benfica, Real Madrid, Wolfsburg, Tottenham, Ajax, West Ham, and Leverkusen complete the ‘top 10’.

Ajax (Dutch Eredivisie) coming in at 8th makes them the highest-ranked defending champion on the list. Inter Milan (Italian Serie A) follows at 11th, then Bayern Munich (German Bundesliga) follows at 14th. Sporting CP (Portuguese Primeira Liga) comes in at 16th, Manchester City (English Premier League) comes in at 30th, Atletico Madrid (Spanish La Liga) at 35th, then Lille (French Ligue 1) at 60th.

Clermont Foot is 18th on the list despite just getting promoted to the French Ligue 1.
Post-Messi Barcelona came out 24th. UEFA Champions League winner and Super Cup winner Chelsea came in at 32nd.
