Leicester City returned to their losing ways after a surprising home victory against Manchester City.
AFC BOURNEMOUTH did enough to protect a single first half goal and secure a home victory against defending champions Leicester City

Two headers two goals for Everton.

Everton came from behind to defeat Arsenal with a late goal.

Everton defeated Arsenal to end their 15-match unbeaten run in the 2016/17 Premier League.

A defeat that brought joy to Everton and the teams in the league that are looking like title contenders.

If Chelsea can take advantage of Arsenal’s slip, they would pull 6 points away from the rest of the Premier League.

Liverpool got back to winning after going two consecutive league matches without.

With a goalkeeper change, Liverpool went on to beat Middlesbrough to secure and away victory that allows the team to climb up and tie Arsenal in points.

It was ten consecutive league wins for Chelsea.

With their positions on the table, the only thing that was going for Sunderland was the fact that they had the majority of the supporters in the stadium on their side.

Cesc Fabregas low strike in the first half was good enough for Chelsea to move on to another victory and extend their lead at the top of the league standings to 6 points.

West Ham United                             1-0                      Burnley

West Ham ended six-consecutive winless league matches with a victory over newly promoted Burnley.

A late goal in each half was how Manchester United got a valued 3 points at Crystal Palace.  The two new boys of  Manchester United were the goalscorers in this match,

On the balance of play, it was a deserved victory for Manchester United.

Not a lot about this outcome was a surprise.

Salomon Rondon’s second half hattrick gave West Bromwich Albion a home victory over Swansea City.
