Paris St. Germain’s lead in the title race grows to 10 points.

It ended up being a narrow win but Paris St. Germain was on the winning end of the score in another match to see their lead in the Ligue 1 race widen to 10 points.
Nice dropped down a position to 3rd after losing to Montpellier while Lens used a victory against Troyes to take back the second place.
Marseille dropped a position down to 4th after going goalless with Metz.
Defeat to Rennes dropped Lyon a spot to 7th while allowed Rens to open a 3 point gap between themselves and 6th place.
Monaco dropped out of the top half of the league table following a adraw with Reims.
Saint-Etienne won their first of the season to move from the bottom of the league standings. Metz takes their place.
Bordeaux finished two positions down in 16th following their defeat to Paris St. Germain.

LENS 4- 0 TROYES
lens bounced back from defeat to Lyon with this result. The game was over when Lens took a 3- goal lead to the halftime break.

LILLE 1- 1 ANGERS
Once again the defending champions failed to secure the maximum points from a match they had a lead. Lille is on a run of 4 league games without a win.

BORDEAUX 2-3 PARIS ST. GERMAIN
Bordeaux was able to narrow the winning margin to a goal after being three goals down a few minutes after the hour mark.
Neymar scored a brace but Rylan Mbappe’s goal ended up winning the match for PSG.

MARSEILLE 0-0 METZ
A goalless draw was the best Marseille could do at home against relegation-zoned Metz

LORIENT 1-2 BREST
Brest came from behind against a numerically disadvantaged Lorient side. A red card awarded to Jerome Hergault in the 28th minute left Lorient to protect an early lead with 10 men.

NANTES 2-2 STRASBOURG
Nothing to separate Strasbourg and Nantes.
Strasbourg came from a goal down on two occasions to take points from Nantes.
The two remain on equal points with symmetrical results.

REIMS 0-0 MONACO
The best Monaco could do after a defeat to Brest in the last round was a goalless draw with Reims.

SAINT-ETIENNE 3-2 CLERMONT
Wrn NUMBER ONE.
Two injury-time goals were included in the three goals scored after the 77th minute to see Saint-Etienne come from two goals down to pick up their first win of the season while handing Clermont a third straight defeat.

NICE 0-1 MONTPELLIER
Florent Mollet’s goal in the 80th minute handed the three points to Montpellier: getting them four points away from Nice while stripping Nice the opportunity to stay second in the title race.

RENNES 4-1 LYON
Adrien Truffet’s second-half goals made it resound victory.
Rennes thrashed Lyon to put a three-point gap between the two teams.
