This is one of the big matches in Real Madrid’s way as they march towards a league title.  Real Madrid has a game in hand, but a slip in this fixture might give FC Barcelona an opportunity to open up the title race one more time.

Real Madrid won the first league meeting of the season with a convincing 3-0 away victory and will be hoping to repeat the performance in front of their home fans.

Atletico Madrid will be looking for revenge while trying to solidifying their place in the top 3.

Bayern Munich – Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga)

Bayern Munich is coming from a defeat away at Hoffenheim and will not want the result to become consecutive.

Borussia Dortmund came out on top in the first league meeting between the two sides. Bayern will be hoping to return the favor, but Dortmund’s aim is to get a place in amongst the top three in the league with a victory and a little help from results from the Hamburger SV and Hoffenheim.

Lazio – Napoli (Serie A)

Four points currently separate the two sides in the league standings. Fourth place Lazio could close in on third place Napoli with a home victory.  Napoli can open a 7-point gap on Lazio and solidify their place in the top three in the Serie A standings.
