This Weekend’s Top Fixtures.

Inter Milan – AC Milan (Serie A)

April 15, 2017

Derby della Madonnina (Milan Derby)

The last meeting between the two sides finished in a ‘2-2’ draw. Ivan Perisci late strike gave Inter a point.

There isn’t a home advantage since they share the same stadium.  Currently, AC Milan is sitting at 6th with 57 points from 31 league matches and Inter Milan is right behind them; 7th with 55 points from 31 league matches.

Pride and position on the league table are on the line.

Crystal Palace – Leicester City (Premier League)

April 15, 2017

These two sides have done their best to climb out of relegation zone in the last couple of weeks.  They are not entirely safe from the drop, but they have gotten momentum and plan on keeping it.

There are four teams between Leicester City and Crystal Palace, but just two points separate the two.

Leicester will be looking to bounce back from their league defeat to Everton with a victory that will also allow them to widen the point gap between themselves and Crystal Palace.

Crystal Palace will be looking to make it a consecutive league victory by picking up points that will see them leap over Leicester City in the league standings.

Manchester United – Chelsea (Premier League)

April 16, 2017

Chelsea is looking to run away with the title.

October 23, 2016, was the last time Manchester United suffered a league defeat; Chelsea delivered that defeat.

Fifth-placed Manchester United has ambitions of finishing in the Top 4 and a victory in this fixture will enhance their odds while bringing smiles to the chasing pack in the Premier League title race.

Marseille – Saint-Etienne (French Ligue 1)

April 16, 2017

It was a goalless draw in their first league meeting. We hope for something better.

A victory for Saint-Etienne will see them leap over Marseille in the league standings, while Marseille will open a 6-point gap and hopefully get closer to the top four spots in the standings.
