Winners from the groups will face each other in a two-legged playoffs matches to decide the official winner.

 

The official winner from the OFC will be facing 5th place finisher from the CONMEBOL qualifiers.

  1. New Zealand
  2. New Caledonia
  3. Fiji
Group B
  1. Papua New Guinea
  2. Solomon Islands
  3. Tahiti
