Napoli’s suffer their second league defeat of the season.
Matias Vecino scored the game’s only goal in the 67th minute to get Lazio a consecutive win that ended Napoli’s 8-game streak in the league.

Armando Izzo headed in the game-winning goal in the 67th minute to restore Monza’s lead after Martin Satriano had leveled the score for Empoli.

10 points remain between the two clubs in the standings but Atalanta was held to a goalless draw at home by Udinese. It is a point at the end of 2 defeats for Atalanta but it isn’t a good run when you have one win from your last 5 league matches.

AC Milan lose their first game in five, while Fiorentina goes 5 matches in a row unbeaten (4 wins). Theo Hernandez scored a consolation goal in the final minute of the game but AC Milan leaves empty-handed after a 2-1 defeat.

Inter Milan bounced back from their somewhat of a shock defeat at Bologna with a 2-0 win against Lecce. It wasn’t too impressive but it is the points that count for Inter Milan’s ambitions.

Nedim Bajrami’s goal in the second minute of the final added time handed Sassuolo a 3-2 home victory over Cremonese. Cyriel Dessers scored two goals in the second half to recover a 2-goal first-half deficit for Cremonese but the late goal saved Sassuolo from blowing a 2-goal lead at home while denying Cremonese a consecutive league victory and also a second Serie A victory in 26 years.
