Manchester City used a 3-0 first half lead to secure the three points at Brighton. The result allowed Manchester City to distance themselves from Brighton by 5 points in the standings.

EVERTON 2-5 WATFORD
a king a lead at home on two occasions did not stop Everton from suffering a defeat to Watford.
Joshua King’s hattrick helped Watford to a whopping 5-2 victory.

SOUTHAMPTON 2-2 BURNLEY
Burnley remained without a win but
Maxwel Cornet’s goals earned Burnley a point against Southampton.

LEEDS 1-1 WOLVES
Rodrigo converted an injury time penalty to get Leeds a deserved point against Wolves.

BRENTFORD 1- 2 LEICESTER CITY
James Maddison’s goal in the 73rd minute restored Leicester City’s lead for a victory that handed Brentford their first successive defeat since promotion

WEST Ham 1- 0 TOTTENHAM
Michail Antonio’s sixth goal of the season got West Ham a successive 1- 0 win in the league. Despite playing away from home, Tottenham was expected to come out with a better result than a defeat.

MANCHESTER UNITED 0-5 LIVERPOOL
Liverpool took a 4-0 lead to the break and followed it with a goal from Mohamed Salah to complete a hattrick.
It was a good day at Old Trafford for Liverpool. Mohamed Salah became the first to score a Premier League hattrick in Liverpool’s 5- 0 victory against Manchester
United.
Manchester United had to play with a numerical disadvantage from the 60th minute after Paul Pogba saw a red card for a reckless tackle.
Unfortunately, United can’t blame the defeat on that red card.
