MANCHESTER CITY WIN THE ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE (by a point) IN A DRAMATIC FASHION.

The game was in the final third of the regulation time with Manchester City trailing 2 goals while needing a win to become champions.

Manchester City comes from 2 goals down to get a 3-2 victory and the league title.

It looked like Matty Cash and Philippe Coutinho had given Liverpool the advantage in the title race when they had Aston Villa with a 2-0 lead at the hour mark, until Ilkay Gundogan and Rodri found the goals in the space of 5 minutes to get Manchester City back in front and to the title.

There was a positional switch in the relegation battle.
Leeds United picked up a 2-1 win at Brentford to move out of the relegation zone.
Burnley dropped into the relegation zone after losing by the same scoreline at home against Newcastle.

There would’ve been a positional switch in the title race if Manchester City hadn’t pulled off a miraculous comeback to deny Aston Villa from making the headlines.

Crystal Palace did their part by beating Manchester United, but West Ham did not do their part by getting a win at Brighton. (despite taking a lead).

Tottenham, Arsenal, and Leicester City ended their season with a comprehensive win.
Norwich, Watford, and Burnley bow out of the Premier League on a defeat.

The top four found the three points.
