RB Leipzig – Hee-Chan Hwang 93’ Emil Forsberg 120+1’

RB Leipzig are in the German Cup final after Emil Forsberg’s goal in the final minute of the game restored their goal lead that was picked up 3 minutes into extra time. Hee Chan Hwang came on at the start of the extra time and directly contributed in both of Leipzig’s goals. Hwang’s scored with his first possession of the ball to give RB Leipzig the lead, before assisting Emil Forsberg to score in the final minute of extra time to restore the RB Leipzig’s lead; after Leonardo Bittencourt had restored parity at the end of the first part of the extra time.

Dortmund completed the job in the first half of their DFB-Pokal semi-final match against Holstein Kiel. Dortmund was on track to a 10-0 win if they had repeated the first half. A 5-0 lead at the break booked Dortmund a place in the German Cup final with RB Leipzig.
