Leganes got an early goal and held Sevilla to a point.

For a team that is in the title race, those were two valuable points dropped.

The result enhanced Real Madrid’s chance of securing a league title after four seasons without.

Villarreal moved into the top five after getting an away victory over Celta Vigo. Roberto Soldado’s late first-half goal was the difference maker.

Captain Sergio Ramos saved the day again. When his team needs him the most, he does not disappoint.

After Barcelona failed to secure any point against Deportivo La Coruna, Sergio Ramos scored another vital header to send Real Madrid back to the top of the league standings.
