It is looking like a return to Serie B season for Pescara.

While Lazio was dropping points, Inter Milan was picking up points to move up into the top four in the Serie A standings when they picked up a home victory over bottom table Pescara.

A hattrick for Diego Falcinelli saw Crotone regained their lead and win this fixture by a three-goal margin.

The win helps Crotone cut done the gap between themselves and Empoli down to 8 points. Eight points is the distance to safety for relegation-zoned Crotone.

It was a great win for the league leaders. Two first half goals were all Juventus needed to finish this round with another win.

Juventus defeated Sassuolo and picked up the maximum points away points when their closest competition was dropping points.

It was a third consecutive league defeat for AC Milan.

Udinese came from an early goal down to defeat AC Milan and finish with a home victory that closes the gap in points between the two teams to a single digit.

Roma gave up the lead on two occasions to finish up on the losing end. Two quick second half goals gave Sampdoria a home victory over Roma.   

Roma’s defeat allowed Juventus to open a four-point lead at the top of the league table.

Despite lying low in the league standings, Palermo was able to get an away point against Napoli.

The dropped points denied Napoli a victory that could have allowed them to tie Roma in points on the league table.
