Gonzalo Higuain was once again the hero for Juventus. His late goal saved Juventus from suffering their first home defeat of the season.

Empoli picked up three points at home to better their odds of avoiding relegation. Mathematically, relegation threat remains for Empoli.

The result allows Crotone stay alive in the Serie A for another round.

A late injury time goal allowed Fiorentina to salvage a point after blowing a goal lead late in the second half.

Genoa handed Inter Milan a third consecutive league defeat.  Inter has now gone 7 matches without registering a victory.

The result allowed Genoa to ended a 7-match winless streak as well.

Relegated Palermo picked up a point against Chievo Verona. There was nothing at stake for these two sides but pride.
