It’s a slow start for Napoli’s title defense season, while Inter Milan and Juventus became the first teams to reach double digit points.
Inter Milan have won the Milan derby to remain the only team with a perfect record in Serie A after four rounds. Juventus moved up to second place with a win over Lazio.
Lecce held on to fourth, while Empoli remain bottom without a win.

Dusan Vlahovic scored twice as Juventus defeated Lazio, who were coming off their first league victory of the season.
Milan is “Blue and Black.” Inter Milan thrashed AC Milan 5-1 in the Milan derby. On the plus side, AC Milan became the first team this season to score a goal against Inter Milan when Rafael Leao scored in the 57th minute to make the score ‘2-1’ at the time. Henrikh Mkhitaryan scored his second goal of the game in the 79th minute to restore Inter Milan’s two-goal lead, before going on to assist the fifth goal after Hakan Calhanoglu scored the fourth.
The best Napoli could do after suffering their first defeat of the season was to come from two goals down to avoid defeat against Genoa.

Andrea Pinamonti’s goals put Sassuolo up 2-0 after 25 minutes, but it was not enough to prevent a ‘4-2’ away defeat against Frosinone. Luca Mazzitelli scored a second-half brace to go with Walid Cheddira’s late first-half goal to give Sassuolo the three points.

Fiorentina came out on top in a back and forth game with Atalanta to win 3-2. Christian Kouame’s goal in the 76th minute decided the game.

Roma appeared to be attempting to make amends for their poor start to the season when they thrashed Empoli 7-0. Both teams had no wins after three rounds of the season, and Roma decided to separate themselves with a 7-goal victory. Paulo Dybala scored two goals.

Nemanja Randonjic scored two goal in a ‘3-0’ win for Torino against Salernitana. A second league win of the season for Torino, while Salernitana remain without a win.
