INTER MILAN FINALLY CELEBRATED THEIR 19TH SCUDETTO, WHILE JUVENTUS CELEBRATED HOLDING ON TO A CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SPOT FROM THE ITALIAN SERIE A

There wasn’t a relegation battle or a title race to contest for on the final day of the season. The attention was directed to the race to qualify for continental football.

In the end, Inter Milan won the league by 12 points. They ended the season on a high with a 5-1 win against Udinese before celebrating with the league trophy.
The league table will say the two best teams in the league were the Milan clubs. AC Milan used a win against Atalanta on the final day of the season to take second place.
Atalanta fell to third, while Napoli fell out of the Champions League qualifying spot after being held to a 1-1 draw at home by Hellas Verona.
Juventus took advantage of the results in Napoli’s game. They claimed the final Champions League qualifying spot in the league with a 4-1 win at Bologna.
