Arturo Vidal 73’
Franck Ribery 90’+1’
Joshua Kimmich 90’+5’

Bayern Munich celebrated the Bundesliga title for the fifth consecutive year.

Despite already being the champions, it was very important for Bayern to win their last match at home to ensure nothing takes away from the title.

With Robert Lewandowski failing to get on the score sheet, the golden boot couldn’t stay with Bayern Munich this season.

Borussia Dortmund    4-3    Werder Bremen

Marco Reus 32’                                               Zlatko Junuzovic 7’
Aubameyang 42’ 89’(pen)                             Fin Bartels 46’
Marco Reus 75’(pen)                                      Max Kruse 68’

Borussia Dortmund secures direct qualification to the 2017/18 UEFA Champions League on the final day.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang contributed two goals to help Borussia Dortmund secure a victory at home in their final match of the season.  Aubameyang’s two goals also saw him finish the season as the 2016/17 German Bundesliga top goalscorer with 31 goals.

Mönchengladbach    2-2    Darmstadt

Thorgan Hazard 50’                               Sven Schipplock 63’
Raffael 65’                                               Marcel Heller 90’

With nothing at stake for the two sides on a final day, Darmstadt exited the top-flight with a point.

Hertha Berlin    2-6      Bayer Leverkusen

Mitchell Weiser 71’                             Javier Hernandez 5’
Sam Allagui 86’(pen)                         Kai Havertz 31’ 45’+1’
                                                              Stefan Kiessling 64’(pen)
                                                              Charles Aranguiz 81’
                                                              Joel Pohjanpalo 90’+1’

Hertha Berlin will have to go through Europa League qualification after getting humiliated at home by Bayer Leverkusen.

FC Koln             2-0        Mainz 05

Jonas Hector 43’
Yuya Osako 87’

With superior goal difference and this victory, FC Koln has made it directly to the 2017/18 Europa League competition in place of Hertha Berlin.

Ingolstadt         1-1        Schalke 04

Pascal Gross 41’(pen)                      Donis Avdijaj 2’

Ingolstadt failed to double their goals when Dario Lezcano failed to convert a penalty against a 10-man Schalke side.

Hoffenheim       0-0         Augsburg

Hoffenheim ended their season in fourth place and in the UEFA Champions League qualification stage.

Eintracht Frankfurt    2-2    RB Leipzig

Jesus Vallejo 83’                                           Marcel Sabitzer 25’
Danny Blum 90’                                           Yussuf Poulsen 56’

Leipzig will finish the season as the second best team in the 2016/17 Bundesliga season.

RB Leipzig couldn’t find a victory in their final two matches of the season, but that did nothing to change their position in the league standings.

Hamburger SV    2-1    Wolfsburg

Filip Kostic 32’                                  Robin Knoche 23’
Gian-Luca Waldschmidt 88’

Hamburger SV ended their season on the right note as Wolfsburg falls into the relegation play-off spot to end their season.

A late goal from second-half substitute Gian-Luca Waldschmidt gave Hamburger the victory that allowed them to swap their relegation playoff position with Wolfsburg.
