Bayern Munich         1-0         Darmstadt

Juan Bernat 18’

Borussia Dortmund     2-1    Hoffenheim

Marco Reus 4’                      Andrej Kramaric 86’
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang 82’

Borussia Dortmund defeated Hoffenheim to get back control of a direct qualification into the 2017/18 UEFA Champions League.

Aubameyang could have doubled his goals in this match if he had converted his penalty in the 14th minute. The goal would have made Aubameyang the sole leader on the top goalscorer chart in the 2016/17 Bundesliga season.

Borussia Monchengladbach   1-1   Augsburg

Andre Hahn 90’+4’                     Alfred Finnbogason 57’

A victory for Augsburg would have enhanced their odds of avoiding relegation and/or relegation play-offs.

Ingolstadt          1-1      Bayer Leverkusen

Despite being in the relegation-zone, Ingolstadt has gone through the 2016/17 Bundesliga season without suffering defeat to Bayer Leverkusen.

                                                                Daniel Didavi 48’

May 7, 2017

A brace from Florian Niederlechner allowed Freiburg to bounce back from their defeat to Darmstadt and get a victory at home over Schalke.
