Marcos Alonso scored the only goal in the second half to give Chelsea a victory in the London Derby.

Chelsea and Arsenal gave us a thrilling 5-goal match that saw Chelsea come out on top to pick up another 3 points in the 2018/19 Premier League. Chelsea has now scored 6 goals and picked up two victories in their opening rounds of the league while Arsenal remains on the hunt for their point.
Credit to Arsenal for coming from two goals down to set up an exciting second half, but it was their failure to take advantage of goal scoring opportunities that cost them the game. Numerous first-half opportunities could have had Arsenal walking into the dressing room two goals up instead of a 2-2 draw.

West Ham suffered another league defeat.
West Ham United couldn’t get a result at home to make amends for their crushing away defeat to Liverpool in their opening match of the season. West Ham couldn’t hold on to a first-half goal lead, allowing AFC Bournemouth to come from behind and take all three points to make it 2 wins out of two for Bournemouth.

The newly-promoted teams pick up a point in total in Round 2
A failure to convert a late penalty awarded to the home team stopped Newcastle United from stealing the maximum points in the final minute. Newcastle United and Cardiff City walked away with their first point of the season after playing out a goalless draw.

Harry Kane finally scores a Premier League goal in August
A second-half equalizing goal from Fulham made things interesting for a few minutes of the second half. But in the end, Tottenham Hotspur proved to be too strong for newly promoted Fulham. Two wins in two games for Tottenham, while Fulham chases their first Premier League point since promotion.

Jamie Vardy sees red but his Leicester City side saw a victory against Wolverhampton Wanderers. Watford scored two second-half goals to beat Burnley and make it two wins in two at the start of the season.

Sergio Aguero scored a hattrick as Manchester City picked up where they left off at the end of last season. Manchester City trashed Huddersfield Town to win their first home game of the season by 6 goals to 1.
While Manchester City enjoyed a Sunday league victory, their city rival Manchester United suffered defeat in their first away victory of the season. Brighton & Hove Albion picked up their first three points of the season after scoring three goals in the first half to beat Manchester United.

Liverpool ended the round with a victory at Selhurst Park against Crystal Palace. A goal in the extra time of each half was how Liverpool secured another 3 points.
