BRAZIL ARE FIRST TO BOOK A PLACE IN THE 2021 COPA AMERICA FINAL
A ‘1-0’ win against Peru returned Brazil to the Copa America final. Brazil is back to defend their Copa America title.
Lucas Paqueta’s 35th-minute goal was enough for Brazil to get to their intended destination.
Peru put up a fight in the second half but it wasn’t rewarded with an equalizing goal.

Argentina won the penalty kick-offs to schedule a finale with Brazil.
An early lead did not make things any more comfortable for Argentina against Colombia.
The early lead for Argentina seemed to have placed the team in a defensive mode while incentivizing Colombia to risk it all in the attack. Colombia’s pressure eventually paid off when Luis Diaz scored the game equalizing goal in the 61st minute to cancel Lautaro Martinez’s 7th-minute game-opening goal.

Emiliano Martinez saved three of the five penalties Colombia attempted.
