The CONCACAF teams played three matches over the round and the co-hosts of the 2026 World Cup are leading the race in the CONCACAF qualifiers. Mexico, United States, and Canada are the top three in the qualification race for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Defeat at Panama pushed United States three points from the top.
Mexico dropped points against Canada but it didn’t stop them from being in the lead after United States suffered a defeat against a Panama side that ended up handing Canada their only victory of the rounds.
