Bayern Munich is back where they belong (at the top) after winning by a huge margin against Bochum.
Wolfsburg lost their place at the top of the league table after dropping points against Frankfurt.
Mainz fell out of the ‘top four’ after dropping points against Freiburg.
Leverkusen replaced Mainz in the ‘top four after a victory at Stuttgart.

Bochum fell into the relegation zone after their thrashing in Munich.
Greuther Furth and Bochum are the occupants of the relegation zone.


Erling Haaland (Dortmund) and Robert Lewandowski (Bayern Munich) are with 7 goals each at the top of the scoring chart.

BAYERN MUNICH 7-0 BOCHUM
Newly promoted Bochum got thrashed in Munich.
Joshua Kimmich scored a goal in each half to contribute to Bayern’s big win.
There was little doubt that Bayern Munich was going to win this tie, and that doubt dissipated at the end of the first half when
Bayern Munich had a 4-0 lead.

FC KOLN 1-1 RB LEIPZIG
The best RB Leipzig could do after consecutive league defeats and another in the Champions League was a 1- I draw with FC Koln.
Leipzig had to come from a goal down to get this point. A victory in five matches is not what we expected from a team that finished second in last season’s Bundesliga.

AUGSBURG 1-0 MONCHENGLADBACH
Monchengladbach followed up with their first win of the season with another defeat that handed Augsburg their first win of the season.

DORTMUND 4-2 UNION BERLIN
Erling Haaland’s brace helped Dortmund to a victory against Union Berlin. Dortmund have won their last four matches with three being Bundesliga games

STUTTGART 1-3 LEVERKUSEN
Leverkusen went two goals up in the opening 20 minutes before a red card to Robert Andrich in the 32nd minute had them down a man for the remainder of the match.
Stuttgart got a goal to reduced the deficit before the end of the first half, but Florian Writz restored Leverkusen’s two goal lead when he scored the only goal in the second half.

WOLFSBURG 1-1 FRANKFURT
Wout Weghorst scored to save Wolfsburg from their
first league defeat.
