2017/18 UEFA Champions League – Round Four(Day One) – PSG and Bayern become the first two teams to advance to ‘Round of 16’
Manchester United wins four out of four in Group A, but are not into the ‘Round of 16’ because of CSKA Moscow victory against Basel.
In Group B, the expected giants in the group are already in the ‘Round of 16’ with two matches to spare. Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich will be in the knock-out stage, but we will have to wait to see which of the two will finish as group winners. Paris Saint-Germain is the favorites to finish as group winners after going through all four matches in the group without conceding a goal while scoring 17 times.
Roma topped Group C and remained the only undefeated side in the Group after getting a ‘3-0’ victory over Chelsea while Atletico Madrid and to settle for a point in a consecutive UCL match against Qarabag FK.
Barcelona remains top of Group D without a dent in their 3-point lead. All the teams in Group D had to settle for a point. Olympiacos played a goalless draw at home against FC Barcelona, while Juventus had to come from behind to get a point away against Sporting CP.
