Bayern Munich moves to tie Borussia Dortmund in points at the top of the German Bundesliga standings.
Borussia Dortmund had to settle for a point after blowing a two-goal lead at Frankfurt, and Bayern Munich took advantage of Dortmund’s slip when Corentin Tolisso found a winning goal for Bayern Munich to come away from Hamburg with the maximum points after a ‘1-0’ victory.
Leverkusen trimmed Monchengladbach’s 5-point gap in the league standings down to two. A massive away victory for Bayer Leverkusen after coming from a goal down to thrash Borussia Monchengladbach by 5 goals.
Freiburg and Werder Bremen remain are at the bottom of the league table after a goalless draw between them, while Wolfsburg scored a late goal to avoid a home defeat and deny Hoffenheim a chance to close in on the top three teams in the Bundesliga standings.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang remains top scorer in the league.
