Most fans expected Bayern Munich’s dominance in the Bundesliga to continue, and it looks like most fans are going to be right. Bayern Munich came from Dortmund as 3-1 winners in ‘Der Klassiker’ to continue their incredible run since Jupp Heynckes return to manage the team. Robert Lewandowski (Bayern Munich) got on the score sheet to move a goal above Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Borussia Dortmund) in the race for the season’s top goalscorer.
RB Leipzig came from a goal behind to win at home over an ambitious Hannover 96 team. The Victory in addition to the results of ‘Der Klassiker’ allows RB Leipzig to finish the round as second in the league.
Wolfsburg and Hertha Berlin entertained us with a 3-3 draw, while Schalke 04 picked up an important away victory against Freiburg.
