Despite being uninvolved in the weekend activities, Harry Kane remains top goal scorer in the league with 8 goals.

Anthony Martial scored the winner in the biggest match of the round to see his Manchester United bounced back from their shocking defeat against Huddersfield Town to beat Tottenham Hotspur by a single goal in the second-half. Tottenham’s chances of victory were made slimmer playing at Old Trafford and without their prolific goalscorer Harry Kane.

League leaders Manchester City did not skip a beat and picked up another victory to remain undefeated in the league. A 3-2 victory away against West Bromwich Albion will be fine with Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.

Liverpool defeated Huddersfield Town in the second-half after Mohamed Salah missed the chance to give Liverpool the lead towards the end of the first-half.

After recovering a mid-week 2-goal deficit away against Tottenham Hotspur in the league cup and got a victory, West Ham blew away a 2-goal lead at home against Crystal Palace to settle for a point in the Premier League. Arsenal scored two in the second-half to avoid a home defeat and take maximum points against Swansea City.

Firing their manager didn’t help Everton from going seven straight matches without a victory after Leicester City handed them their fourth consecutive defeat in all competitions. Everton remains in the relegation zone. Newcastle United equaled their number of victories in the season with a number of defeats after losing away to Burnley by a single goal.
