Roma got a final day victory in ‘Group C’ against Qarabag to top the group after Chelsea and Atletico Madrid played out a ‘1-1’ draw. Bayern Munich restored their pride when they defeated Paris Saint-Germain in the final match in ‘Group B’. And Manchester United scored two quick goals to bounced back from conceding a late first-half goal to win at home against CSKA Moscow.
Manchester United, Basel, Roma, and Juventus joined the other 8 teams(Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Besiktas, Chelsea, Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, and Tottenham Hotspur) that have qualified for the knockout stage in the 2017/18 UEFA Champions League.
