A victory over Milan in conjunction with Napoli’s inability to find a win against Sassuolo has allowed the gap at the top of the league table to expand in Juventus favor.

It is Juve’s title to lose
Juventus is looking to defend their league title after grabbing two late goals against AC Milan to hand them their first defeat in 2018. Both teams came into the game on an undefeated streak in the calendar year and only Juventus could continue on their streak. Leonardo Bonucci’s first-half equalizer for Milan ended Juventus run of not conceding a league goal in 2018.

Edin Dzeko scored to Roma from an away defeat against Bologna. Fiorentina makes it 4-straight victories in the league by beating Crotone. Torino scored 4 goals in the second-half to come out of Cagliari with all 3 points and a ‘4-0’ victory, and a 10-man SPAL2013 took home a point against Genoa.

Mauro Icardi scored two in Inter Milan’s ‘3-0’ win over relegation-zoned Hellas Verona. The result puts Inter Milan in position to climb to third-place in the league with a Milan derby victory on Wednesday.

Lazio enjoyed another 4-goal margin of victory against newly-promoted Benevento with Ciro Immobile adding two goals to his tally and sending his record in the season to 26 goals as top scorer.
