At the San Siro, Bologna finished the match with 9-men after expulsions while Inter Milan picked up their first victory in 8 league matches. Yann Karamoh scores on first Serie A start to end Inter Milan’s winless run.

It was consecutive victories after a set of defeats for Genoa when Diego Laxalt scored a late winner to defeat Chievo Verona.

6 defeats in the last 7 matches for relegation-zoned Hellas Verona and a fourth consecutive defeat for bottom-tabled Benevento, after giving up an early lead to suffer a 5-2 defeat at the Stadio Olimpico to AS Roma.
