Relegation-zoned Angers was able to hold Lyon to a ‘1-1’ draw, while Monaco played out a goalless draw with Montpellier. These results made way for Paris Saint-Germain to extend their lead at the top of the league table to 11 points after Angel Di Maria’s early goal in the first-half gave them the maximum points from their away match at Nantes.
Edinson Cavani remains top scorer in the league with his 19 goals.
